1) 15 September 2014 г. – deadline for replacement of registered delegates;
2) Cancellation before 31 August 2014: return of registration fee within ten (10) calendar days after the end of the event. Cancellation fee - 1000 RUB
3) After 15 September 2014,registration fee is not refundable.
